FONDS RENNO
Even before we moved to Curaçao, we established a foundation in 2009.
Originally planned as a tax saving construct, it quickly took on a life of its own, and really turned into a charity. In the meantime, we have come to the point where have put all our possessions into the foundation.

Everything we 'earned' with the Klosterküche, the apartment, with copywriting or translations, with dog training or BootCamp and Coaching,
Car- or Hiking Tours also goes to the foundation.
​
Our foundation is charitable and
takes care of:
​
(Stray) Dogs of Curaçao
We help owners to better get along with their dogs and back up castration programs.
​
Children
The destitute Antillian children and disabled or needy children also in Germany. Especially those, who save money for a dolphin therapy.
Older destitute people
If you have no family who helps and takes care of you, seniors are sort of lost on Curaçao. A food package from time to time, some furniture and/or (used) clothes can make a big difference in life!
​
Anyhow, we help where it is needed. After the big Hurricanes we helped as well people/animals on our sister Islands and during Corona we provided many Food-Packages to Families and Seniors in our neighborhood, who had been or still are in deep need.

A foundation lives from the fact that one gets and gives.
​
It's not like we have tons of money.
Certainly not. But we help where we can and as far as we can. We are always happy about support, in form of donations, as dog food or as old towels (for the dogs to cuddle),
no matter.
